Last week's been a bit strange for me. I feel like right now I'm at a cross roads, so many things are due for changing and rearranging, but it seems like the universe hasn't quite decided which way it wants to bend me yet. I'm just trying to tread water, keep my face above the break line, do my best, and hope it all works out. It gets kinda tiring all on my own. But then if i sit down and really think about it, I've already been on my own for quite some time.

Sorry if that wasn't full of pep, I could think of at catchy upbeat intro XD.

LES QUESTIONS

1. Mood:

A little melancholic at the moment. I had a lovely afternoon chitchat with a gal pal earlier, but now I'm starting to feel a little blah. Too much stress I think. 

2. Pick one: Chicken, Pork, or Beef. The two that you do not choose you must give up forever and ever. 

This one's hard. I can defintely eliminate chicken right off the bat, I'm not much for poultry on the reg. And then it's hard to choose between pork and beef. I loves me a good and delicious steak, but in Chinese culture so many foods revolve around pork. And bacon. Oh god I love bacon..... Ima havta go with pork. 

3. What is your perfect heel height?

Probably 3 1/2 to 4 inches. 5 is kinda pushing it as far as all day wear, and I refuse to put on a heel less than 3 inches. If it's shorter than that, might as well just wear flats. Tiny heels can be just as uncomfortable as sky high stillettos, and I don't see the point in suffering if I don't get the height gain. 

4. Would you ever wear Crocs?

No. 

5. What is your go-to nailpolish color?

Usually some kind of pale blue-green like ChinaGlaze's Refresh-mint or a nude like Essie's St. Tropez.

6. What do you classify as a date?

I think the term evolves with most people as they get older. I'm in highschool, and even within my own age group I see the definition varying. To me, just being in the same area with someone else is not a date. If you're hanging out with a huge group of your friends who are not "together", it's not a date. In my opinion, for things to count as a date the word DATE must come up in the planing of the outing. For example, "Do you want to go out on a date?". Not "Do you want to hang out?" Most importantly, the two people on the "date" must both know that the other is romantically interested in them.  If you're hanging out with a hottiepottatie, and they don't like you back, sorry honey it's not a date.

7. Are your dreams at night more realistic and logical, or wild and fanciful?

Definitely more wild and random. My dreams never really make sense when I wake up, I'm always doing impossible things and going on amazing adventures. I like it that way, isn't the point of dreams to be an escape?

8. How do you get your news?

Most of my world news comes via the Phillip DeFranco Show on Youtube, and then my local news i get from reading the newspaper in the morning. Yes, there is someone out there under the age of 50 who still reads newspapers. And not just to comics. 

9. A huge pet peeve of yours?

Oh jeez, theres so many. Probably my biggest is when you know who somebody really is, and then you see them acting like somebody else around everyone else (listen to mah girl Avril, were on the same page with this one). Another big one is misusing words. UGH. I hate that, if you're not sure what a word means, ask. Don't try to pass it off like you know what you're doing, you end up looking like an idiot. 

10. Something that's been stuck in your head:
